The short version: this website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, and no third-party services of any kind. Every request your browser makes to view this site goes to this site. The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to type into the contact form — and it goes to us, and nowhere else.
Who we are
Lehnert Consulting, LLC ("we," "us") is a Tennessee limited liability company providing strategic security, technology, and AI advisory services. For anything related to this policy, contact inquiry@lehnertconsulting.com.
What we collect — and what we don't
We do not use:
- Cookies of any kind (no session cookies, no persistent cookies, no "essential" banners needed — there is nothing to consent to)
- Analytics or measurement services (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no heatmaps, no session recording)
- Advertising or remarketing technologies
- Third-party fonts, scripts, CDNs, or embedded content — all site assets are served from our own domain
- Browser fingerprinting or any covert identification technique
We collect personal information in exactly one place: the contact form. If you use it, we receive the name, email address, optional organization name, and message you provide. That's the complete list.
How contact form data is handled
- Your submission is transmitted over HTTPS and delivered as an email to our business mailbox, hosted on Microsoft 365. Microsoft acts as our email service provider and processes that message under its enterprise data-protection terms.
- We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry and conduct any business relationship that follows. It is never sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or used for automated profiling.
- Message contents are not written to any database or log on the web server.
- Correspondence is retained only as long as needed for business and legal purposes, then deleted.
Server logs
Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider (Namecheap, Inc.) maintains standard web server logs — IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser user-agent — for security monitoring and abuse prevention. These logs are managed under the host's retention schedule, are not used by us for tracking or profiling, and are not combined with any other data.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honor Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals completely — and structurally. Because this site contains no tracking technology whatsoever, every visitor receives the full protection those signals request, whether their browser sends them or not. There is no tracking to opt out of.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Since the only data we hold is correspondence you sent us, exercising these rights is simple: email inquiry@lehnertconsulting.com and we will act on your request promptly. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
Children
This site is a professional services site not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If our practices ever change, this page will be updated and the effective date revised. Given the design of this site, we don't expect that to happen often.
